| dc.description.abstract | Резюме: Целта на проведеното срезово епидемиологично проучването е да се установи честотата на разпространение на атопичния дерматит (екзема) в България в зависимост от избрания диагностичен подход. Използвани са адаптирани за нашите условия въпросници на International Study of Allergy and Asthma in Children (ISAAC), European Community Respiratory Health Survey (ECHRS) за постигане на целите на проучването. Честотата на атопичния дерматит (екзема) (95% CI) е висока: 17.9% (16.5-19.4), на второ място след алергичния ринит 39.3% (37.5-41.1) и преди бронхиалната астма 14.9% (13.5-16.2). Резултатите се подкрепени с 95% гаранционна вероятност. ***** Summary: The objective of the cross sectional study was to examine the prevalence of eczema (atopic dermatitis) in Bulgaria with regard to the different definitions of the disease used. Adapted International Study of Allergy and Asthma in Children (ISAAC) and European Community Respiratory Health Survey (ECHRS) questionnaires were used to address the specific needs of the study. Prevalence of eczema (atopic dermatitis) in Bulgaria (95% CI) is high: 17.9% (16.5-19.4), second after that of allergic rhinitis39.3% (37.5-41.1) and before asthma - 14.9% (13.5-16.2). | en_US |
