| dc.description.abstract | Бактериалните менингити и менингоенцефалити (БММЕ) са голяма група заболявания, предизвикани от различни бактериални причинители. В проучването си поставихме за цел да проучим динамиката в разпространението на тази група инфекции, етиологичната и възрастовата структура на заболелите, както и етиологичната дешифровка в различ- ните възрастови групи в България през периода 2002-2011 г. Заболяемостта от БММЕ в България за периода 2002-2011 г. е 2,99%ооо, смъртността – 0,5%ооо, а леталитетът – 16,62%. Според етиологичната дешифровка на БММЕ в България водеща в ролята на N. meningitidis (25,71%) и S. pneumoniae (30,45%). Възрастовата структура на заболелите от БММЕ за периода 2006-2011 г., показва, че 30% от регистрираните случаи са във възрастта до 5 години, а възрастта над 60 години е с 25,21% относителен дял. ***** Summary: Bacterial meningitis and meningoencephalitis are a large group of diseases caused by a variety of bacterial pathogens. In this study, we set ourselves the aim to explore the dynamics of the spread of this group of infections, the etiological structure and the age structure of the diseased as well as the etiological deciphering in the different age groups in Bulgaria for the period 2002- 2011. The morbidity of bacterial meningitis and meningoencephalitis in Bulgaria for the period 2002-2011 is 2,99%ооо, the mortality – 0,5%ооо and the lethality – 16,62%. The etiological deciphering of bacterial meningitis and meningoencephalitis in Bulgaria gives the key role to N. meningitidis. (25,71%) and S. pneumoniae (30,45%). The age structure of the people with bacterial meningitis and meningoencephalitis for the period 2006-2011 shows that 30% of registered cases are of children at the age of 5, whereas people over 60 have a share of 25.21%. | en_US |
