| dc.description.abstract | Резюме. Здравето е много значим интегрален социален индикатор, сумиращ биологични и социално-икономически фактори. Регулира се от обществените стратегии. Цел на проучването бе разкриване на неравенства и несправедливости на индивидуалното и общественото здраве, като функции на здравните разходи в България. Извърши се вторичен анализ на проведени социални изследвания за самооценка на здравето в България и Европейския съюз за периода 1986-2012 г. (SILC, ESS и др.), както и анализ на други здравни и икономически документи и бази данни. В България се установяват най-ниски публични и най-високи „от джоба“ здравни разходи от страните в Европейския съюз, които с подоходната диференциация в брутния паричен доход и паричния разход за здраве водят до неравенства и несправедливости по отношение на здравето на значителна част от българската популация. // Summary. Health is a very important integral social indicator, that incorporates biological and socio–economic factors. It is regulated by public strategies. The aim of the study was to detect the inequalities and inequities of individual and public health as a function of health expenditures in Bulgaria. A secondary analysis of conducted social surveys on self-perceived health in Bulgaria and the European Union for the period 1986-2012, the (SILC, ESS, etc.) was performed as well as analysis of other health and economic documents and databases. It was found that Bulgaria has the lowest public and the highest „out of pocket“ health expenditures among the countries of the European Union, which with the income differentiation regarding gross cash income and cash health expenditures lead to inequalities and inequities with respect to the health of a significant part of Bulgarian population. | en_US |
