| dc.description.abstract | Резюме: Тъканната матрица (ТМ) е новият, ефективен и икономичен метод в туморната и молекулярната патология, скрининга, качествения контрол в диагностичната имунохистохимия. Тази методика дава възможност за едновременното изследване на десетки до стотици проби от еднакви или различни тъкани по едно и също време, при едни и същи условия с използването на стандартните протоколи за различните анализи. Настоящата статия има за цел да представи правилата за изготвяне на ТМ, подбора на оптималния дизайн, както и да изтъкне предимствата и ограниченията на метода. ***** Summary: Tissue microarray (TMA) is the new, high-throughput technology widely used as a tool for quality control of diagnostic immunohistochemistry, in oncology, molecular pathology and screening of diseases. This method combines tens to hundreds of specimens of different tissues onto a single slide for investigation at the same time, at the same conditions, using the standard protocols for all the different analysis. The aim of this review was to describe the construction and the optimal design of TMA, as well as to show the main advantages and disadvantages of this method. | en_US |
