| dc.description.abstract | Резюме: Целта на настоящата оценка е да бъде направен сравнителен фармакоикономически анализ на лекарствената терапия за биполярно афективно разстройство тип 1 с лекарствения продукт Sycrest® (Asenapine). Използван е методът „Разходи за терапия” на биполярно разстройство тип 1, направено е сравнение на разходите за терапия спрямо най-често използваната в момента алтернативна стратегия на лечение в страната. Като допълнителна реализирана задача бе направен и анализ на бюджетното въздействие за петгодишен период при темп на нарастване на болните, лекувани с Asenapine, пропорционален на темпа на нарастване на пазара, респективно болестността. Фармакоикономическият анализ стъпва върху клиничния опит в българската психиатрична практика и медицинския стандарт по психиатрия, приет от Министерството на здравето. ***** The aim of this study was to perform a comparative pharmacoeconomic analysis assessing the drug Sycrest® (asenapine), used in the treatment ofbipolar affective disorder type 1. The primary endpoint of the study was to analyse the cost of therapy with asenapine compared with the most commonly used alternative treatment strategy for the treatment of bipolar affective disorder type 1 at the present time in the country, using the method "cost of illness". Additionally, as a secondary endpoint a budget impact analysis was performed over a fiveyear period based on the assumption that the rate of increase of patients treated with asenapine would be proportional to the growth rate of the market utility of the drug, reflecting the rate of morbidity. The pharmacoeconomic analysis was based on the clinical experience of Bulgarian psychiatric practice, as well as on the Standard of Care in Psychiatry, adopted by the Ministry of Health. | en_US |
