| dc.description.abstract | Резюме. В съвременните здравни системи приоритетното място и роля на първичната медицинска помощ е неоспоримо, официално признато и възприето. Централна фигура в системата на първичните здравни грижи е лекарят с общ профил. В настоящата статия авторите, разглеждайки демографския статус на населението в Пловдивска област, правят опит да анализират дейността и кадровата обезпеченост на медицинския персонал, извършващ първична медицинска помощ, където основна водеща фигура е общопрактикуващият лекар. Използвани са количест¬ве¬ни и качествени показатели. Направени са изводи за реалната ситуация и моти¬вация за работа. ***** Summary. In the modern health systems the priority role of primary care is undeniable officially recognized and accepted. A central figure in the system of primary care is the physician with a general profile. In this article the authors, considering the demographic status of the population in the region of Plovdiv, attempt to analyze the activities and human resources in the medical staff that operates primary healthcare services, where the main leading figure is the general practitioner. Quantitative and qualitative indicators have been used. Conclusions about the real situation and motivation for GPs to work have been included. | en_US |
