| dc.description.abstract | Резюме: От появата на първите симптоми на ревматичните болести, първият прег- лед при личния лекар и препращането към специалист ревматолог минава различен период от време, които понякога е дълъг. Анализът на пътя на ревматично болния в доболничната помощ ни дава информация защо се забавят правилната диагноза и адекватното лечение. Съществен момент е реакцията на общопрактикуващия лекар (ОПЛ) при възпалителни ставни заболявания и по-специално, готовността му за диагностика и лечение на ревматоидния артрит. ***** Summary: From the manifestation of the first symptoms of rheumatic diseases, first registered by the GP, and the referral to a specialist in rheumatology, a different period of time passes, sometimes long and difficult enough. An analysis of the path that patients with rheumatoid arthritis have to follow in primary care, gives us information why a delay in the correct diagnosis and the initiation of adequate treatment often occurs. The ability of GPs to respond to the needs of patients with inflammatory joint diseases and, in particular, their readiness to diagnose and treat rheumatoid arthritis, is essential for the successful management of this disease. | en_US |
