| dc.description.abstract | Резюме: В обзора са представени някои аспекти от проблематиката, свързана с генетичните тестове и застраховането, както и произтичащите от тази процедура сложни въпроси за взаимоотношенията между практикуващите лекари, пациентите и застрахователните компании. Разгледан е и проблемът за дефинирането на понятията генетичен тест, генетична диагностика и генетична информация. Обсъждат се прилагането и смисълът на генетично тестване при кандидатстване за различните видове здравно застраховане (застраховка срещу болест, застраховка "живот", застраховка срещу инвалидност). Състоянието на посочената проблематика е представено в международен аспект и в България. // Summary: This review presents some aspects of genetic testing-associated problems and health insurance, as well as the complex questions resulting from this procedure, concerning the relationship between medical practitioners, patients and insurance companies. The issue of defining the terms genetic test, genetic diagnosis and genetic information is considered. Under discussion are the application and significance of genetic testing, when applying for different types of health insurance (e.g. insurance against sickness, "life" insurance, insurance against disability). The status of these issues is presented in an international aspect and in Bulgaria. | en_US |
