| dc.description.abstract | Резюме. Направен е кратък обзор на различни подходи за лечение при хемоторакс и е представен алгоритъм за поведение. Той е с практическо значение и е насочен към медици от различни специалности. Първоначално са представени етиоло- гията и патогенезата на хемоторакса. Поведението при това понякога спешно и животозастрашаващо състояние е разде- лено на два етапа: а) първоначални терапевтични процедури в ранна фаза, индикации за оперативно лечение (торакотомия или VATS), необходимост от профилактична антибиотична терапия и възможности на интраплевралната фибринолитична терапия при тръбна торакостомия, и б) индикации за торакотомия или VATS в късната фаза. ***** Summary. A brief survey of different treatment methods of haemothorax is discussed and a management algorithm is presented. The last is with a practical signifi cance and is directed to a broad spectrum of medical specialists. The haemothorax etiology and pathogenesis are considered as well. The management of this occasionally urgent and life threatening conditions are divided into two stages: (a) initial therapeutic procedures in early stage, indications for surgery (open or VATS), the rationale for prophylactic antibiotic treatment and intrapleural fi brinolytic therapy in patients with tube thoracostomy, and (b) indications for thoracotomy or VATS in the late stage. | en_US |
