dc.description.abstract	Цел: Настоящето изследване има за цел да проучи, сравни и анализира регулаторната рамка и обществено-достъпната информация по отношение на мониторирането на лекарствената безопасност на биоподобните ЛП спрямо техните референтни ЛП, разрешени за употреба в ЕС. Задачи: 1. Проучване на регулаторните изисквания при разрешаване за употреба на биоподобни ЛП в ЕС към 11.2022 г. 2. Преглед и анализ на лекарствените регулации по отношение на биологичните и биоподобните ЛП в ЕС, вкл. и в България. 3. Преглед и анализ на разрешените за употреба биоподобни ЛП в ЕС от 04.2006 г. до 11.2022 г. 4. Преглед и анализ на биоподобните ЛП с отказано или прекратено разрешение за употреба в ЕС от 04.2006 г. до 11.2022 г., вкл. и подлежащите мотиви. // Aim: This study aims to explore, compare, and analyze the regulatory framework and publicly available information regarding the pharmacovigilance monitoring of biosimilar MPs against their reference MPs authorized in the EU. Objectives: 1. Study of regulatory requirements for the authorization of biosimilar MPs in the EU as of 11.2022. 2. Review and analysis of drug regulations regarding biological and biosimilar MPs in the EU, including Bulgaria. 3. Review and analysis of authorized biosimilar MPs in the EU from 04.2006 to 11.2022. 4. Review and analysis of biosimilar MPs with refusal or withdrawal of marketing authorization in the EU from 04.2006 to 11.2022, including the underlying motives.
