| dc.description.abstract | Недохранването влошава качеството на живот при болните. Целта на настоящото клинично наблюдение е да се проучи влиянието на специалната храна за медицински нужди Nutridrink при болни с хирургични болести в лицево-челюстната област. За период от седем месеца са изследвани 60 пациенти, разпределени в 4 групи. Проследяваха се промените в общото им състояние, телесното тегло, прояви на горен и долен диспептичен синдром. При спазени инструкции за прием на продукта болните запазват и трайно повишават телесното си тегло. Трите вкуса от предлаганата храна се приемат добре от болните, като най-добре се повлияват тези от първа група. Храната не даде алергични реакции, както и други усложнения. ***** Malnutrition worsens the patient’s quality of life. The aim of this clinical observation is to examine the impact of Nutridrink, a special type of food for medical needs, in patients with surgical diseases in the maxillo-facial region. During a 7-month period, 60 patients were studied, divided into 4 groups. Changes in their general condition, body weight, manifestations of upper and lower dyspepsia syndrome were studied. In compliance with the instructions for reception of the product, the patients succeeded to preserve and increase permanently their body weight. The three flavors of the food were well accepted by the patients, as these in the first group presented the best responses. No allergic reactions, as well as other complications were observed with the administration of the food product. | en_US |
