| dc.description.abstract | Резюме. През последните години онкологичните заболявания значително нарастват в световен мащаб. Диагнозата рак е генератор на различни социално-икономически, психологични и етични проблеми, а палиативните и терминалните грижи все още са проблем на общественото здравеопазване у нас. Качеството на живот се повлиява неблагоприятно от недобре контролираните симптоми, съпътстващи заболяването. Шансът за успех при лечение на дадено онкологично заболяване се увеличава, ако се обърне по-специално внимание и се полагат усилия за подобряване качеството на живот на пациентите. // Abstract. In recent years, oncological diseases have shown significant worldwide growth. Diagnosis „cancer“ is the source of various socio-economic, psychological and ethical problems, and palliative and terminal care is still a problem of public health in Bulgaria. The quality of life is adversely affected by poorly controlled symptoms accompanying the disease. The chance of success in treating an oncological disease is increasing, if special attention is paid and efforts are made to improve the quality of life of patients. | en_US |
