| dc.description.abstract | Резюме. Aronia melanocarpa е растение, чиито плодове са известни със стимулиращ оздравителните процеси ефект при хора и при животни. България е страна с прекрасни климатични условия и с много местности с подходяща почва и напояване за отглеждането на Aronia melanocarpa. Наличието в България на сертифицирани от ЕС биопроизводители на плодове и продукти от арония (сок, плодово вино) е повод за настоящия обзор. Целта е да се осветли от гледище на съвременната медицинска наука “вълшебният“ ефект от приема на плодовете на Aronia melanocarpa, както и на българските, сертифицирани от ЕС биопродукти, приготвени от тези плодове. Анализите на химичния състав на сока от плодовете на Aronia melanocarpa показва, че той е 5 пъти по-богат на антоцианини от другите подобни „черни” плодове. В над 250 публикации за последните 10 години са проучени биологичната и фармакологичната активност на антоцианините в този сок. Доказани са антиоксидантни, антимутагенни, кардиопротективни, хепатопротективни, противодиабетни ефекти. Изучено е противомикробното действие и протекцията при радиация. Няма фиксирана лечебна доза. Редовната употреба на сок от плодовете на Aronia melanocarpa в ежедневното хранене на човека, съчетано със здравословни навици на живот, има превантивен ефект за съвременните социалнозначими болести. ***** Summary. Aronia melanocarpa is a plant whose fruits are known to stimulate the healing effects in humans and animals. Bulgaria is a country with very favorable climatic conditions and many areas with suitable soil and irrigation for the cultivation of Aronia melanocarpa. The presence in Bulgaria of EU-certified bioproducers of fruit and chokeberry products (juice, fruit wine) is the reason for this review. The aim is to highlight from the standpoint of modern medical science the "magic" effect, following the intake of fruits of Aronia melanocarpa, as well as the EU-certified Bulgarian bioproducts prepared from these fruits. An analysis of the chemical composition of the juice from the fruits of Aronia melanocarpa has shown that it is 5 times richer in anthocyanins than other similar "black" fruits. In over 250 publications for the last 10 years, biological and pharmacological activities of the anthocyanins, contained in the juice, have been studied. Antioxidant, antimutagenic, cardioprotective, hepatoprotective and antidiabetic effects have been established. The antimicrobial action and protection against radiation have been studied. There is no fixed therapeutic dose. Regular use of the fruit juice from Aronia melanocarpa in the daily diet of humans, combined with healthy lifestyle habits, have a preventive effect on contemporary socially significant diseases. | en_US |
