В спешните отделения фокусираното ехокардиографско изследване върху определи структури на сърцето е част от диагностичния алгоритъм. Този подход дава бърза преценка за тежестта на увреда и за необходимостта от започване на животоспасяваща терапия. // Summary. In this article we present a review regarding focused echocardiographic examination under the condition of emergency. In the emergency room, the focused ECHO study is a part of the diagnostic algorithm. This approach gives an opportunity for a quick evaluation of the level of injury and the need to begin a life-saving therapy. | en_US |
