| dc.description.abstract | Целта на настоящото проучване е да се определи ефективността на T SPOT TB при деца, страдащи от туберкулоза, в хода на туберкулостатична терапия. В Университетската детска клиника по белодробни болести са проследени 40 деца с различни форми на първична туберкулоза. Децата са били изследвани с TST и T SPOT TB в началото и след три месеца от туберкулостатичната терапия. В началото на лечението 7,5% от децата са имали отри- цателен тест на TST, 22,5% – нормергичен, и 72,5 бяха с хиперергия. Във втория тест няма отрицателни, но нормергичните се увеличиха до 47.5%, а хиперергичните намаляха до 52.5%, което убедително доказва, че туберкулостатичното лечение води до десенсибилизация на организма. При първия T SPOT TB тест отрицателни бяха 25% и позитивни 75%, докато при втория тест отрицателни бяха 27,5% срещу 72,5% положителни. В T SPOT TB теста няма разлика преди и след лечението, което съответства на по-висока степен на специфичност на теста. ***** The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of the T SPOT TB in children with different forms of tuberculosis in the course of tuberculostatic therapy. At the University Children's Clinic of Pulmonary Diseases, there were followed 40 children with different forms of primary tuberculosis. Children were tested with TST and T SPOT TB at baseline and after three months of tuberculostatic therapy. Before treatment 7.5% of children had a negative TST, 22.5% were with normergic and 72.5% with hyperergic reactions. In the second test, there were no negative, but normergic increased to 47.5% and hyiperergic declined to 52.5 percent, which conclusively proves that antituberculosis treatment leads to desensitization of the body. The first T SPOT TB test showed negative resuls in 25% and positive in 75%, while in the second test 27.5 percent were negative against 72.5 percent positive. T SPOT TB test showed no distinct difference before and after therapy, which corresponds to its higher specificity. | en_US |
