| dc.description.abstract | Разходите за здравеопазване са от решаващо значение за добруването на нацията. Целта на настоящия труд е чрез анализ на разходите за здравеопазване в страните от Г-20 за периода 2000-2009 г. да се проследят и обобщят получените данни, тенденции и закономерности. В изследването са използвани методът на сравнението и методът на абстракцията. Анализът е базиран основно на данни от Световната здравна организация. Проучени са показателите: разходи за здравеопазване (процент от БВП); частни разходи за здравеопазване (процент от общите разходи за здравеопазване); разходи за здравеопазване на глава от населението. За проучвания период се оказа, че разходите за здравеопазване в страните от Г-20 бележат ръст нагоре. Повече средства за здраве отделят страни като САЩ, Австралия и Канада, а по-малко страни като Китай, Индонезия и Индия. Summary. Health expenditures are crucial for the welfare of the Nation. The purpose of this work is to track and summarize the data, trends and patterns through analyzing healthcare expenditures of the G20 member countries for the period 2000-2009. Methods: We used the method of comparison and the method of abstraction. The analysis was based mainly on data of the World Health Organization. Three main indicators, namely, health expenditure per capita, health expenditure as a percentage of GDP, private expenditure on health as percentage of total expenditure on health, were explored. The healthcare expenditure of the G20 member countries for the analyzed period presents a tendency of growing up. More funds for healthcare are spent by countries, such as the USA, Australia and Canada, while fewer funds are spent by China, Indonesia and India. | en_US |
